* 98% - 100% : Rs 22 per form

* 96% - 97. 99% : Rs17 per form

* 93% - 95. 99% : Rs 13 per form

* 90% - 92. 99% : Rs 9 per form

* 87% - 89. 99% : Rs 5 per form

* 85% - 86. 99% : Rework available once

* < 85% : NO REWORK, PENALTY PAYABLE TO RESUME WORK
Rework ONCE IF ACHIEVES 85%

Software STRICTLY PROHIBITED, IF ANY FOUND AGREEMENT WILL BE TERMINATED
