Responsibilities and Duties
Provides administrative/secretarial support for Management
Verifies expense claims of employees
Co-ordinates travel arrangement of management and employees
Maintains training records of employees and other training administration
Filing of administrative and other documents
Assists in arranging employee recreational and welfare activities
Assists in following up with medical and other claims for employees
Provide support on maintenance and supply of office equipment and supplies
General Office administration
Oversees general housekeeping of the office
Assists to put up recruitment advertisement and arrange for interviews
Assist in onboarding and offboarding matters
Assists in reception duties
Takes up ad-hoc projects as assigned
Any other Ad-hoc office duties as assigned from time to time
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
Degree with 2 – 3 years of related administrative experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Good team player
